This two-day seminar (Friday-Saturday) focuses on identification and design of learning outcomes and how they are reflected in monitoring, assessing and providing feedback for students in courses delivered to international groups through the medium of English. It concentrates, partially, on students and how they can be encouraged to understand the benefits of self-reflection, and partially, on teachers and their feedback giving skills. This programme is practical and largely non-theoretical and includes a series of presentations, workshops and discussions. It also provides materials and information guidelines that teachers will be able to use in their own learning and teaching contexts.
