Týden CJV 2019 – Reflektivní portfolio

The aim of this workshop is to explore the ways in which multidisciplinary students can apply David Kolb’s Learning Cycle (1984) and his ‘processing continuum’ (how a task is approached) and ‘perception continuum’ (the feelings that those tasks invoke) to develop reflective portfolios. A range of pedagogical approaches that could be utilised with students to enhance their experiential learning will be shared in this session, together with sample work. Participants will be encouraged to consider both assessed and non-assessed tasks which might enable students to become more autonomous learners through their educational experiences both inside and outside of the classroom. The transferability of reflective skills beyond academic settings will also be highlighted.
