"How to preserve and pass on the wisdom of our ancestors" was explored at the EPSULA conference in Ecuador with the participation of 4 representatives from the CJV
Four members of the Language Centre took part in the EPSULA Conference in Ecuador.
From June 17-19, 2025, the historic city of Cuenca, Ecuador, will be the setting for the prestigious EPSULA conference, an international event dedicated to the preservation of cultural heritage as a key tool for the empowerment of communities.
Under the motto "Learning from, protecting and supporting cultural diversity", this meeting brings together leading academics, community leaders, international organizations and key civil society actors in a joint effort to safeguard and value the cultural expressions of Ecuador and El Salvador.
EPSULA 2025 will offer a unique space for in-depth reflection, the exchange of experiences and the formulation of sustainable strategies that promote the protection of ancestral traditions and knowledge. With a special focus on promoting cultural diversity as a driver of human development, the conferences will feature a high-level program that includes keynote presentations.
