Various language centres - similar challenges?

This sharing session with our guest from Coimbra University is designed as an opportunity to discuss and compare how language centres are set up at universities. Michelle Saraiva Amado is going to share some of their best practices, together we are going to look at what types of courses, support and activities are needed both for univesity students and staff. Your experience of diverse contexts, be it various LC units, MU faculties or other universities you worked for, studies at or visited is more than welcome.
