The CZECH ONLINE project web portal is now available at https://www.czechonline.org/ , where interested parties can find interactive lessons in up to 5 subject areas, a range of exercises, and additional downloadable materials. The foreign partners of the project are Uniwersytet Śląski w Katowicach and FH Burgenland, who have been working on the portal since 2020 in cooperation with a team from the Language Centre of Masaryk University. The Czech language courses are available on czechonline.org completely free of charge and without advertisements. The project leader at MU was Ivana Rešková and the project manager was Martina Ježková.
The importance of the "CZECH ONLINE - Czech for specific purposes" project was also reflected by the city of Brno in its #Brno2050 strategy, when the project was identified as a major strategic project and became the flagship project in the thematic area Prosperity with the value of Educated University City.
The design and technical solution of the portal was created by the Prague-based graphic studio Formata.
CASAJC (Czech and Slovak Association of Language Teachers at Universities) also participated in the project.
