Targeting all teachers or lecturers typically with English as a second language – of programmes run in English for students with English as a second language – it consists of a series of participative seminars with activities to encourage reflective analysis on both professional practice and professional performance.

The content focuses on linguistic and paralinguistic elements of group communication, pedagogy, and the design of teaching and learning experiences. It also addresses strategies for comprehending and managing the additional layer of linguistic competence among students, encompassing differentiated teaching within a dynamic classroom setting.
